The list includes all Western medieval manuscripts and manuscript fragments in Keio University Library as of June 2019, excluding the collection of documents compiled by Bernard M. Rosenthal as ʻLatin Paleography and Diplomatics: Part II: Diplomaticsʼ (170X@10@1/96). In the short description, the size (height×width) of a leaf or a bifolium is given in mm, followed by the size of the written space within parentheses where applicable. References to catalogues of exhibition organized by Keio University, where a fuller description can be found, are given in square brackets at the Reference of the description. The abbreviation is followed by the item number in the catalogue (except for E). For the abbreviations, see List of Abbreviations .
