Single column; 23 lines; written in anglicana formata script (black ink), with rubrics and much of the Calendar in red; ruled in blind. 8 four‒line illuminated initials on gold ground, infilled with variously coloured closely curled leaves or flowers; some cadel initials to music pages. Original prickings on the outer margin of many leaves. Kyrie eleison and the Litany probably wanting after the Psalms. Contents: Calendar (fols 1‒6v), Psalms with antiphons (fols 7‒101), ‘Quicumque vult’ (Athanasian Creed, fols 101v‒102v), Collects following litany (fol. 104), Office of the Dead, with musical notation (fols 105‒115v). Bound in early 20th‒century polished calf.
