Bibliographical Notes: Single column; 31 lines; written by one scribe in small anglicana textura quadrata script. 6‒line initial in red and blue. Collation: 18, 28, 38, 48 (lacks 2), 53. The continuing part is now a part of Huntington Library MS HM 501. 5 separate gatherings contained in a folding case; each bifolium separately preserved in crepeline.
