Collation: 1⁶ 2‒5⁸ 6⁹ 7‒9⁸ 10⁶ 11⁷ (lacking 1¹, 6⁷, 7², 7⁷ [fol. 1 and a leaf after fols 42, 49, 53]), pp.3‒164 (modern pagination). 3 modern vellum flyleaves each at the beginning and the end. Bound by Rivière and Son in the late 19th or early 20th c.
